1. Purpose of This Disclaimer

This Parking Data Disclaimer explains how parking-related information is shown in ParkHere SG and the limits of that information. It should be read together with ParkHere SG's Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

By using ParkHere SG, you understand that parking information is provided for convenience and planning only. You remain responsible for checking official carpark signs, gantries, notices, operator websites, and applicable parking rules before parking.

2. Parking Availability Information

ParkHere SG may display carpark availability, including available lots, status labels, map circles, clusters, and search result rankings.

• Availability data may be live, cached, delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or affected by third-party data issues.
• A carpark shown as available may become full before you arrive.
• A carpark shown as full may later have available lots after the app refreshes.
• Some malls, private carparks, venues, or operators may not provide availability data to ParkHere SG.
• Map clusters and regional circles are summaries only and may not show every individual carpark at every zoom level.

3. Parking Rates and Estimated Costs

ParkHere SG may display parking rates, rate schedules, source links, and estimated parking costs. Rates are shown to help users compare options, but they should not be treated as final or guaranteed charges.

• Parking rates may come from stored backend data, local CSV fallback data, official operator pages, mall or venue websites, or other identified sources.
• Rate information may change without notice and may not immediately be reflected in the app.
• Estimated costs are calculated from the data available to the app and may not account for every special condition.
• Entry rates, caps, grace periods, valet charges, season parking, EV charging, motorcycle lots, disabled lots, promotions, and event rates may require checking official notices.
• If a rate is missing, uncertain, or not verified, the app may show labels such as “Rates unavailable” or “Rate not verified”.

4. Official Signs and Operator Rules Take Priority

The official rates, terms, conditions, signs, gantry notices, operator rules, and payment-machine information at the carpark always take priority over information shown in ParkHere SG.

If there is a difference between ParkHere SG and the carpark operator's official information, users should follow the official carpark information.

5. Data Sources and Source Links

ParkHere SG may provide a source link where a parking rate or carpark detail is available. The source link is provided so users can verify the information themselves.

• A source link does not mean ParkHere SG controls that website or guarantees that the source remains unchanged.
• Some source pages may move, expire, become unavailable, or display updated information after ParkHere SG has stored a previous rate.
• Where a direct mall or venue source is not available, ParkHere SG may use the closest available source and clearly show the source where possible.

6. Maps, Distance, and Navigation

ParkHere SG uses maps, location, search, and navigation-related services to help users find carparks.

• Distances shown in the app may be approximate and may differ from actual driving distance, walking distance, or route distance.
• Navigation may open third-party apps such as Google Maps or Waze.
• Third-party navigation apps may use their own routes, travel times, pins, business names, traffic data, and terms.
• ParkHere SG is not responsible for route errors, traffic conditions, road closures, wrong turns, dropped pins, unsafe routes, or third-party app issues.

7. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for their own driving, parking decisions, and compliance with all laws and rules.

• Do not use ParkHere SG in a way that distracts you while driving.
• Stop safely before checking the app, changing routes, or comparing parking options.
• Check carpark height limits, operating hours, payment methods, restrictions, and signs before entering or parking.
• Pay all required parking charges and comply with the rules of the relevant carpark operator.

8. No Guarantee and No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParkHere SG, ReddotOS Pte. Ltd., its owners, developers, employees, contractors, and partners are not liable for any loss or issue arising from reliance on parking data shown in the app.

• This includes parking fines, summonses, towing, clamping, overstay charges, incorrect rates, unavailable lots, missed appointments, fuel costs, route problems, accidents, vehicle damage, personal injury, payment problems, or other direct or indirect losses.
• ParkHere SG does not operate the carparks shown in the app unless expressly stated.
• ParkHere SG does not collect parking payments and does not reserve parking lots.

9. Beta and Pre-Launch Limitations

During beta testing and before full launch, ParkHere SG may contain incomplete coverage, missing mall availability data, rate gaps, bugs, delayed updates, test advertisements, and experimental features.

User feedback is appreciated during beta testing. Feedback may be collected through Google Forms or other feedback channels provided by ParkHere SG.

10. Updates to This Disclaimer

ParkHere SG may update this Parking Data Disclaimer from time to time as the app, data sources, parking coverage, or legal requirements change. The latest version should be made available through the app or the official ParkHere SG website once published.
