2. Purpose of the App
ParkHere SG helps users find parking availability, parking rates, nearby parking options, and navigation options around Singapore. The App is intended to provide convenience and planning assistance only.
The App does not operate, own, manage, reserve, control, or guarantee any carpark, parking lot, parking rate, gantry, payment system, or parking facility.
3. No User Accounts
ParkHere SG does not support user accounts and is not intended to support user account registration. Some app convenience features, such as favourites, recent searches, saved places, or local preferences, may be stored locally on your device or within the App experience.
4. No Parking Payments
ParkHere SG does not collect parking payments, process parking payments, accept deposits, sell parking reservations, or act as a payment agent for any carpark operator. Users must pay all parking fees directly to the relevant carpark operator or payment system.
5. Parking Availability Is Not Guaranteed
Parking availability shown in the App may be live, cached, estimated, delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, temporarily unavailable, or affected by third-party data issues.
A parking lot shown as available in the App may no longer be available when you arrive. You are responsible for deciding whether to enter, wait, leave, or use an alternative carpark.
6. Parking Rates Are Estimates
Parking rates, estimated parking costs, free parking information, caps, grace periods, night parking information, and similar pricing details are provided for convenience only.
Rates may change without notice and may differ based on carpark operator rules, time, day, public holidays, vehicle type, payment method, promotions, special events, grace periods, gantry rules, or other conditions.
You must always verify the final and applicable parking rate using official carpark signage, gantry displays, operator websites, payment terminals, or the carpark operator before parking.
7. Navigation and Third-Party Apps
The App may allow users to open third-party navigation services such as Google Maps or Waze. These services are not controlled by ReddotOS.
Routes, travel times, directions, dropped pins, traffic information, road conditions, and navigation instructions are provided by the relevant third-party service. You are responsible for driving safely, following traffic laws, and using navigation services appropriately.
8. Beta and Changing Features
During beta testing and even after launch, the App, its features, data sources, parking coverage, rate coverage, advertisements, feedback forms, user interface, availability refresh timing, and estimates may change, be incomplete, or be temporarily unavailable.
We may add, remove, suspend, modify, or replace features or data sources at any time without prior notice.
9. Ads and Third-Party Services
The App may display advertisements through Google AdMob or other advertising providers after launch. During testing, the App may display test ads.
The App may also use or link to third-party services, including Google Maps, Waze, OneMap, Google Forms, Google AdMob, backend service providers, source websites, carpark operator websites, and other external services. These third parties may have their own terms, privacy policies, data practices, service availability, and limitations.
ReddotOS is not responsible for third-party content, services, websites, advertisements, maps, routes, forms, data, policies, or actions.
10. User Responsibilities
When using ParkHere SG, you agree to:
- Use the App lawfully and responsibly.
- Use the App only when it is safe to do so and not while driving in a way that distracts you or breaches any law.
- Check official signs, gantries, payment terminals, and operator instructions before parking.
- Pay all applicable parking fees, fines, charges, and other amounts directly to the relevant parties.
- Comply with traffic laws, parking rules, carpark terms, road rules, and official instructions.
- Not misuse, interfere with, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the App or its related services.
11. No Liability for Parking Decisions
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReddotOS is not responsible or liable for any fines, summonses, penalties, towing, wheel clamping, vehicle damage, accidents, injuries, delays, missed appointments, losses, charges, disputes with carpark operators, incorrect parking decisions, unavailable lots, inaccurate rates, inaccurate navigation, or any other loss or damage arising from or connected with your use of the App.
You remain fully responsible for your own driving, parking decisions, route choices, vehicle safety, legal compliance, and payment obligations.
12. No Warranty
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, complete, secure, or always available.
We do not guarantee that any specific carpark will be available, cheap, nearby, open, suitable, safe, or correctly priced.
13. Intellectual Property
The App name, design, interface, software, code, branding, layout, graphics, and related materials are owned by or licensed to ReddotOS, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or misuse any part of the App except as permitted by law.
14. Suspension or Changes
We may suspend, restrict, update, modify, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We may also restrict access if we believe the App is being misused or if we need to protect users, systems, partners, third-party services, or legal rights.
15. Privacy
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, stored, and protected. Before App Store or Google Play submission, the Privacy Policy should be hosted on a public webpage.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
17. Disputes
If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first at parkwisesg@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it. If the matter cannot be resolved, the dispute will be subject to the courts of Singapore, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a new effective date. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the App, website, app store listing, or other appropriate channels.
