Support
1. About This Policy
ParkHere SG allows users to report issues, suggest corrections, and provide feedback so the app can improve over time. This policy explains what users can report, how reports may be reviewed, and what ParkHere SG can and cannot guarantee.
2. What Users Can Report
Users may contact ParkHere SG about issues such as:
- Incorrect parking rates or outdated rate information.
- Missing carparks, malls, venues, or parking locations.
- Wrong carpark names, addresses, map locations, or navigation links.
- Incorrect availability display, status labels, or search results.
- App bugs, crashes, loading issues, layout problems, or performance issues.
- Feature suggestions or general beta testing feedback.
3. How to Submit a Report
Users may submit a report through the in-app feedback or report function, through a Google Form if provided, or by emailing ParkHere SG at parkwisesg@gmail.com.
To help ParkHere SG review the issue, users should include as much of the following information as possible:
- The carpark, mall, venue, or location name.
- The date and time the issue happened.
- A short description of what was wrong.
- Screenshots, photos of official carpark signage, or source links, if available.
- The device type and app version, if the issue is a bug or crash.
4. Review and Response
ParkHere SG will review user reports where reasonably possible. Reports may be prioritised based on safety, severity, number of affected users, quality of evidence, and whether the issue affects live availability, parking rates, or navigation.
- ParkHere SG aims to review reports within a reasonable time, but does not guarantee a fixed response time.
- During beta testing, response times may be slower because features, data sources, and workflows are still being improved.
- ParkHere SG may not reply to every report individually.
- A report does not guarantee that a correction, feature, or update will be made.
5. Parking Data Corrections
Where a report concerns parking availability, rates, source links, or carpark details, ParkHere SG may check the issue against available data sources.
- Official carpark operator signage, mall websites, venue websites, and official published sources will generally be treated as stronger evidence.
- If information cannot be verified, ParkHere SG may mark a rate as unavailable, unverified, or pending review.
- ParkHere SG may keep older information temporarily until a more reliable source is found.
- Parking information may still differ from what users see at the carpark because operators can change rates, rules, or availability without notice.
6. Feedback Submitted Through Google Forms
ParkHere SG may use Google Forms or similar tools to collect beta feedback and user reports. If a user submits a report through Google Forms, the submitted information may be processed by Google according to Google's own terms and privacy practices.
Users should avoid submitting unnecessary personal information. ParkHere SG does not require users to create an account to submit feedback.
7. User Responsibility When Reporting
Users should submit reports honestly and responsibly.
- Do not submit false, misleading, abusive, unlawful, or harmful content.
- Do not include another person's private information unless necessary and lawful.
- Do not report while driving. Stop safely before using the app or submitting feedback.
8. No Emergency or Urgent Support
ParkHere SG is not an emergency service and does not provide urgent roadside, towing, police, medical, or carpark operator support.
For urgent issues, users should contact the relevant authority, carpark operator, building management, roadside assistance provider, emergency service, or navigation provider directly.
9. No Guarantee
ParkHere SG does not guarantee that reports will be reviewed by a specific time, that a response will be provided, or that every reported issue will be fixed.
ParkHere SG may update, correct, remove, or keep information based on its review, available sources, app priorities, technical feasibility, and legal requirements.
10. Updates to This Policy
ParkHere SG may update this Support and Report a Problem Policy from time to time as the app, feedback channels, data sources, or support workflow changes. The latest version should be made available through the app or the official ParkHere SG website once published.
